Selecting the right photos

We recommend selecting between 50 and 80 photos for your presentation. This provides a beautiful balance, allowing enough time to reflect on special moments without overwhelming the service.

If you find it challenging to reach this number, we suggest ensuring your loved one appears in every photo. These images may include childhood memories, family gatherings, holidays, hobbies, and everyday moments that capture their personality.

If you are considering including extended family or friends, group photos are a wonderful way to reflect important relationships and shared memories.

Music selection

You may choose two songs to accompany the photo presentation; however, the second song may only be used if required. These songs will be purchased through iTunes.

Photo order

If you would like your photos arranged in a specific order, for example chronologically or grouped by life stages, we kindly ask that the family provide the photos in the preferred sequence. This ensures your presentation reflects your wishes exactly.

Sending your digital photos

The best way to send digital photos to your funeral director is via fromsmash.com. This is a free and reliable service that allows large files to be shared easily, helping ensure all of your photos are received without loss of quality.

When uploading your files:

• You will receive a notification once we have successfully downloaded your files.

A lasting keepsake

Following the funeral service, our design team will create a beautiful keepsake photo album, featuring all of the photos and tributes shared during the service. This album becomes a cherished memento, something your family can revisit and share for years to come.
