Anthea attended Kāpiti College and later entered the banking industry, where she progressed through various roles, starting as a teller and eventually becoming a Branch Manager.

The death of Anthea’s father in 2017 prompted her to re-evaluate her life, leading her to pursue a long-held interest in the funeral industry. Since then, she has worked as a funeral director and earned a Certificate in Funeral Directing in 2019.

Anthea feels incredibly privileged to support and assist families during the difficult days following the loss of a loved one.

In her spare time, Anthea enjoys spending time with her husband, Glen, their two daughters, and four granddaughters.

She is also an avid reader and traveller; when she is not travelling, she spends her time researching and planning her next adventure.
